What product photos do I need to provide?
Send clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles, close-ups, packaging and all included components. Add brand assets, your listing link and verified product details.
Can you work from rough product photos?
Often, after reviewing them. Blurry, cropped or incomplete photos may not provide enough detail; we may request better photographs before starting.
Do I need to arrange a product shoot?
It depends on the product and source assets. Existing photographs may be sufficient, while complex products or feature demonstrations may need additional photos or footage.
Can I order only listing images or a video?
Yes. Listing images, A+ content images and product videos are available as standalone services or a coordinated bundle.
What is included in A+ content design?
Coordinated module images, feature storytelling, brand visuals and appropriate comparisons for your eligible Amazon modules. Module selection and scope are agreed first.
Do you upload the content to my seller account?
Design deliverables and account upload are separate. Upload support is included only when explicitly agreed.
What determines delivery time?
Product complexity, asset quality, number of deliverables, video scope and feedback rounds. We confirm a schedule after reviewing your product.
How are revisions handled?
We agree on revision scope before starting, collect consolidated feedback and refine the visuals within that scope. Additional changes are discussed separately.
Which file formats and sizes will I receive?
Approved image and video exports in the formats and platform sizes agreed for the project. Source files are provided only when included in the scope.
Can you guarantee increased sales?
No. Visuals support product clarity and buyer confidence; sales also depend on pricing, demand, traffic, reviews, product quality and other factors.
